LeanTrack Beyond Design ✨
1. Project First Door Health:
Working with the founders of the project, The LeanTrack team developed the market entry strategy and the bootstrapping strategy for the product to take door to door health care services to 1000+ rural Indians in our Tier 2 and Tier 3 villages of India.
Finally the model was turned into a framework for expansion to more villages, starting from 1 and reaching 3 additional villages.
Duration of project: 2 months
LeanTrack Beyond Design is our effort to give back to the society and the ecosystem in ways more than product design by supporting high impact projects scale and grow!
