When we planned Ignite, our goal was simple: bring our girl leaders together under one roof to learn, grow, and support each other. Four days went by in workshops, sports, and stories knitting us tight like a community.

Many of our girl leaders have spent their journeys being the only one in their communities, the only one to play a sport, to challenge the system, to coach, to fight for her education. It is what makes them remarkable, but it can also be isolating to stand alone.🫂

Through Ignite, they found each other. They shared, listened, and lifted one another up.
And somewhere in between, they discovered confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging that will stay with them long after.🩷
