The team conducted a field visit to Bhandegaon , Hingoli District to monitor and review the ongoing farm pond (Phad) and water conservation activities. During the visit, the progress of excavation work, water storage structures, and irrigation pipeline installation was assessed.
Interactions were held with farmers to understand the benefits of improved water availability for agriculture and to ensure the quality and timely completion of the works. The visit highlighted the positive impact of these interventions on strengthening water security and enhancing agricultural productivity in the village.

under the BRLF–HIMWP-MH project implemented by YRA in Palli village of Bhamragad Block, an awareness and guidance session on Natural Farming was conducted with local farmers. Detailed information was shared regarding pre-plantation preparations, soil testing, fertilizer planning, and crop protection measures. Interactive discussions were held to address farmers' queries and promote sustainable agricultural practices. Additionally, soil samples were collected from demonstration farmers for soil testing and further analysis to support effective crop planning and soil health management.

Our team successfully carried out the CNB (Cement Nala Bund) repair and restoration work at Dhanora Waidhya village, Murtijapur Tehsil, Akola District, Maharashtra. The work involved repairing the damaged portions of the cement bund, strengthening the structure, and improving its stability to ensure effective water conservation and groundwater recharge. Activities included surface preparation, reinforcement placement, concreting, masonry repairs, and finishing works.
The repair was completed with the active participation and dedication of the team, ensuring quality workmanship and long-term durability of the structure. This restoration will help improve water storage capacity, support agricultural activities, and contribute to sustainable water resource management in the village.

The team visited to check the ongoing Sunken DOHA work on village in hingoli under the water secutiry and accessibility project.. Site inspections were carried out in consultation with local farmers and community members.
Additionally, the excavation work for a Jaltara Pit was initiated in Bhandegaon as part of the water conservation and groundwater recharge activities. These efforts aim to enhance rainwater harvesting, improve groundwater recharge, and strengthen sustainable water resource management in the project area.
