Job Description:

Tark Innovations is looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Mobile App Developer with expertise in Flutter to join our dynamic AdTech startup. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end mobile app development and should be capable of mentoring junior developers. If you are excited about building innovative applications and shaping the future of digital advertising, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy high-performance mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android).

Work on the complete app development lifecycle—from concept to deployment.

Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, third-party SDKs, and other backend services.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create seamless user experiences.

Lead, mentor, and train junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve the app.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies in mobile app development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in mobile application development.

Expertise in Flutter, Dart, and State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).

Strong knowledge of Firebase, REST APIs, GraphQL, SQLite, or NoSQL databases.

Hands-on experience with native integrations (Swift/Kotlin is a plus).

Experience in deploying apps on Play Store & App Store.

Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Ability to guide and train junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or related domains.

Knowledge of backend development (Node.js, Python, Firebase Functions, etc.).

Exposure to AI/ML-based ad tech solutions (bonus).
