Designation: Hr Recruiter (For Fresher - Hr Interns)

* We are welcoming Freshers in Hr Interns with Stipend for 3months. We will provide training in Hr Recruitment. *

Location: Kalyan East

Job Description :
* End to End Recruitment.
* Source candidates through Job Portals & Social Networking Media.
* Search, screen and shortlist the Candidates as per clients requirement.
* Receive and review applications, Coordinate for interviews with candidates & clients.
* Salary Negotiation and Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
* Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client
* Counseling and coaching candidates for interview
* Help in negotiating an offer & Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
* Headhunting - Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Confident & Enthusiastic Freshers with very Good Communication Skills in English can also apply.
