Caramel Carousel is a made to order patisserie based in Bombay, specializing in unique baked goods, seasonal fruit jams and artisanal ice creams. The co-owners, Alyssa & Rishab, Le Cordon Bleu chefs, are passionate about using local, organic, preservative-free and farm fresh produce in their recipes, and are meticulously involved in selecting ingredients of supreme quality to create eatables that are bound to meet the most discerning gastronomic standards.
