We are delighted to highlight Vijay Agrawal, Sector Lead – Infrastructure, Equirus Capital, as he shared his perspectives at Infrastructure Conclave 2026: The Next Era of Road InvITs & Asset Management, organised by Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI).

Sharing his insights at the conclave, Vijay highlighted the strong growth potential of InvITs and REITs, with AUM expected to scale from INR 12 lakh crore to INR 50 lakh crore over the next five years. He also noted the increasing shift among Retail and HNI investors from traditional bonds to InvIT/REIT units, driven by relatively attractive returns and not subject to volatility compared to equities.
