When I started my business, I had nobody to guide me. After working as an independent branding and marketing consultant with hundreds of small businesses over a decade and being a small business owner myself, there are some rules of the business I learnt the hard way with a series of epic failures!
Running a small business is not easy and sometimes I forget to follow these rules myself. Serious reviews and reflecting is needed time and again but I am learning and its always work in progress.
