Which raises a simple thought.
If workplace branding does not inspire employees, is it branding or just wall decoration?

Every organisation talks about diversity and inclusion. 🌍

There are policies.
Initiatives.
Presentations. 📊

But for employees, the real question is very simple:

Do they actually feel included? 🤝
Do they feel respected?
Do they feel heard? 🎯
Do they feel they have equal opportunity? ⚖️
