: Soul bread (very low carb)
Ingredients: 16 slices
350g cream cheese softened
1/4 cup butter
4 eggs
2 drops stevia
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream or half and half
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups unflavored whey protein
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp baking soda
1 tsp xanthan gum
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp white vinegar
Method:
* Preheat oven to 160 degrees C. Prepare a bread pan (9″ x 5″).
* Put cream cheese and butter in a large microwave safe dish. Microwave for 1 minute.
* Blend well with a hand blender.
* Add eggs, sweetener, heavy cream, and olive oil and blend well again.
* Blend all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
* Add dry ingredients to cream cheese mixture and stir well with spoon or spatula.
* Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. The bread may be dry on top but adding melted butter helps if you’re eating it right away.
* Once cool, wrap in plastic to store.

: Flaxseed Crackers
This is a delicious crunchy low carb snack!
Ingredients: approx 15-20 based on desired size
100 grams flaxseed / flaxseed powder
200 ml boiling water
Salt
Seasoning of your choice
1/2 teaspoon oil
Method :
Boil 200 ml water (1 cup water).
Add flax seed powder to boiling water.
Keep stirring till it becomes a sticky dough.
Remove the dough in a plate and divide in 4 to 5 parts.
Keep one part between two baking sheets and roll it with a rolling pin.
Cut into desired shape and size.
Preheat the oven for 10 min at 150 degree centigrade.
Put flax seed crackers into oven for 15 minutes
(if oven is not available then one can use a pan).
