After costly lessons, to fulfill the desire of passing this difficult & special processes-experiences of B.O.O.T. (Build, Own, Operate & Transfer), successful negotiations, settlement with respective bankers and finally handing over the Companies to the interested parties, made a Group of likeminded Engineers, M.B.As, C.As, Lawyers, Ex-Bankers, & Valuers
and started Professional Business & Financial Solutions- Advisory/ Navigational Services and doing progress in Scope Mgmt. Services.
