Integrum is looking to hire a full time Operations Executive:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Partner in project management, event production, vendor sourcing & ex*****on of all planned and unplanned projects.
- Handling the overall vendor process which requires scouting and finalisation of different vendors as per the client requirements.
- Complete communication channels between the vendors and the team & co-ordination of pre/on/post event work are the most important duties involved.
- Networking and tie ups for different vendors and venues and teams is important.

Qualifications:
- Full-time role.
- Minimum education: Graduation in any stream (Degree/Certificate from an event management institute is mandatory).
- Fair knowledge about event production, decor & vendors (Knowledge and experience in context of weddings is required.)
- Good communication skills. (Speaking and reading in multiple languages is a bonus).
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office. (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
- Get-going attitude with excellent networking skills, time management, multi-tasking, coordination skills are qualities mandatory for this role.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in event industry is mandatory. (Work experience in operations and weddings segment is required).
