Art Therapy Workshop with Trishna Patnaik Doodle Test: This is about having incomplete boxes with certain elements which need to be filled in and completed then an analysis happens per box which delves into professional and personal insights of life in general. This has an analysis. 1 and half hour

Listening Skills: This is a role play exercise in which one person talks and the other listens. 30 minutes
In this exercise there are two stages. one stage the person has to listen attentively and in the next stage the person does not have to pay attention at all. This is experiential.
