Position: Sr. Executive Client Services

· CTC: Between 2.5 Lakhs to 7.5 Lakhs.

· Shift timings: 6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST

· Process: Inbound + outbound calls and emails.

· Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

· Overall experience: 5 years and above.

· Relevant Online Retail Sales experience: 1 year and above.

· Candidates matching above requirements with BPO experience will be preferred.

· Required skills: Fluent spoken and written English to converse with clients based in United States.
