Role - System Operator

Requirements:

- Ensure smooth conduction of assessments conducted by iON.
- Ensure infrastructure readiness of the exam venue (pre/post exam process)
- Perform Systems LANscaping & Mock as part of exam preparation
- Continuous monitoring of assets & IT infrastructure to prevent intrusion
- Ensure availability of sufficient buffer working assets
- Timely reporting of all events
- Seek timely technical support to ensure business continuity
- Follow SOPs for successful end-to-end exam delivery
- Coordinate with Local Infrastructure Service Providers and iON Digital Zone Partners
- Manage exam functionaries
- Maintain high levels of integrity, professionalism, and vigilance
Be alert, proactive, and responsible during operations

Shifts: Should be ready to work long working hours

Experience: 0–1 year (3 years diploma holder can be considered)

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in arts, Commerce, or Science
- 3-year Diploma holders can be considered

NOTE: B.E / BTech / MTech / MBA / MCA candidates are not eligible

Skills:

- Hardware/Networking certification (added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to work long hours
- Willingness to travel
- Must own a two-wheeler

Age: Adove 18 year
