H/o trauma followed by pain on the right side.
Acromio-clavicular index was around 0.4,
Coraco-clavicular index around 0.67.
Coraco-clavicular and acromio-clavicular ligaments probably torn.
I feel this was a grade 3 acromio-clavicular dislocation.
