Never in my entire automobile detailing career have I felt so very humiliated, felt extremely sorry for the Toyota Fortuner customer & have upologised umpteen times due to my helplessness.

My apologies towards his concerns not getting addressed was the only thing that I could offer to Yogesh Sir as our beloved customer & part of the Optimum Detailerz family.

Products fail & it actually can be a good thing, because failure leads to improvisation of the products through the real life feedback & experiences of the end user.

I have shared my thoughts in the video upload & have done so in the past where the warranty concerns raised by the customers were not entertained by the STEK India CEO; & which were totally unjustified & where the vehicles were in the warranty period zone.

Nor did the C.E.O of STEK India bother to come out & explain as to why the "Mineral White" BMW X5 customer was offered the STEK ForceShield instead of the STEK DynoShield which was initially installed on the X5 & whose warranty claim was approved by Mr. Vishal Singhvi the Chief Business Officer at STEK India. (ref past video uploads)

The ForceShield being inferior in price and at half the price as compared to the DynoShield should not have been offered at all. And which was duly rejected by the X5 customer. (had raised the concerns raised by the X5 customer on our official social media platforms & which have not been answered until today by Hitesh Palrecha)

Nor were the concerns raised by the Skoda Kushaq customer on whose vehicle the ShieldEffect was installed & warranty claims were blatantly refused. A customer on whose half a dozen vehicles we had the privilege to install the STEK line of paint protection films & worked on a total of a dozen vehicles of his cars.

This is not the experience a customer expects from a niche brand spending lacs of rupees when there are outlets offering ppf installs for as low as 40K & 50K.

Past laurels - Biju sir was the one & maybe the only one in the real sense to have tirelessly marketed & promoted the STEK brand in India during the earlier stages when STEK was an unknown brand back then a few years ago, launched in the country. (he's not associated with stek anymore)
