Ms Madhu served as CFO of Edelweiss ARC immediately before joining the Board of Pantomath Capital.The Corporate Advisory division is led by Mr. Uday Nair, who is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having vast experience in tax and regulatory aspects of transaction advisory. Uday have worked for organizations like RSM & Co., KPMG and PwC. He last served as an Associate Director – M&A Tax with PwC.
