With deep sadness, we mourn the passing of MEHER CASTELINO — India’s first Femina Miss India (1964), a true pioneer, and someone who was much more than a celebrated name to us at Vip Clothing Ltd The Innerwear Company .

Meher was an integral part of our journey, serving on the VIP Clothing Board for many years. Her presence carried grace, wisdom, and quiet strength. She brought with her not just experience, but a timeless understanding of fashion, elegance, and evolving trends, always reminding us that fashion is not only about products, but about people, culture, and confidence.

Beyond the boardroom, she was warmth personified. Our conversations — on and off meetings — were filled with stories, laughter, insights, and her unmistakable passion for how fashion adapts yet remains rooted in identity. She had a rare ability to look ahead while respecting legacy.

Her passing leaves a void that cannot be filled. Yet, her legacy — as a trailblazer, mentor, fashion icon, and a cherished member of the VIP family — will continue to inspire us.

Thank you, for the moments, the memories, and the lessons.
You will always remain a part of our story.
