Represents the illustrious Senia traditions dating back to Mia Tansen and belong to the famous Rampur- Sahaswan Gharana. At a very young age had an opportunity to perform in front of the then Honorable President of India Shri R.Venkatraman Also had an opportunity to perform in an opening ceremony of Nehru Centr
e in London. Toured all over the globe to perform with his illustrious Father Padma Bhushan Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khansaheb and have also given solo Classical as well as Sufi, fusion ad film songs performances. Apart from gaining prowess in Classical singing and performing worldwide,following songs that he has sung for A R Rahman along with elder brother Murtuza Mustafa in films with popularity to Piya Haji Ali from the film Fiza, Noor-Un-Ala-Noor from the film Meenaxi, Chhup Ke Se from the film Saathiya and Al Madath Maula from the film ‘The Rising’ and ‘Tere Bina’ from the film Guru, Shola Badan a duet song with Sadhna Sargam and Duniya Bachpan Ki with Udit Narayan from the film Ssukh, Ha Raham from the film Aamir for Music Director Amit Trivedi. He has lent his voice for background music for A.R.Rahman and Shankar-Loy-Ehsaan and many more music directors. Scored music along with brother Murtuza Mustafa for serials titled Sureelee Raahein for Doordarshan. Have been the vocal coach for the first ‘Indian Idol’ on Sony Television, India’s Got Talent season 1 for Color’s, also Vocal Coach in Bathroom singer on Sahara Filmy Entertainment Channel and has also been the Vocal Coach in Jo Jeeta Wo Hi Superstar on Star TV. Composed Music for the film “Tomorrow” which is to be released soon.
