1) Rusk prepared using whole wheat or multi grain atta is not healthy as the quality of fat used for its preparation is not good for overall health. Instead, you can have kadak roti or khakhra wherein the quality & quantity of fat can be controlled

2) Adding protein rich food to your breakfast preparation like veg poha or veg upma or veg chilla & dinner preparation like paneer veg biryani helps in giving satiety, thereby controlling fat deposition

3) Iodine deficiency is prevalent in hypothyroidism. Just by adding iodised salt to your diet, it helps in significantly reducing the deficiency, thereby helping managing hypothyroidism
