Mental wellness in schools can no longer be treated as optional. As adolescents navigate complex inner worlds and educators balance multiple demands, building a culture of care in secondary education becomes a shared responsibility.
In the second conversation of our School Transformation Webinar Series, we bring together diverse perspectives from the field, grounded in classroom practice, school leadership, and mental health work. Together, we reflect on how care, well-being, and learning can meaningfully coexist in everyday school life.
