What if the best leadership lessons came from children?

6 years ago, I never imagined that working with underprivileged children would transform how we think about leadership. But it has.

At the World Innovation Congress, I shared 3 key insights:

1️⃣ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐂-𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧: They listen, sense, and respond without bias—the ultimate researchers.

2️⃣ 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐰𝐞 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐢𝐠: In the AI era, scaling blindly won’t cut it. Rehumanization is the real evolution.

3️⃣ 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Keep your inner child alive—curiosity and play are leadership superpowers.

Honored to receive the 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝. But the real reward? 🏆Opportunity to empower the next generation to dream, create and lead with the right skills and mindsets. If an award helps scale this movement across India and 25+ countries, then so be it.
