A renowned construction company seeks a highly motivated and experienced Surveyor for the CPWD BHU constructions project in Varanasi, U.P.

Job Summary: Responsible for performing diverse surveying tasks on civil construction sites, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all measurements and layouts crucial for project success.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct topographic, construction, and as-built surveys.
* Utilize surveying equipment (total stations, levels, GPS receivers, data collectors).
* Establish and maintain survey control points.
* Calculate and verify measurements, elevations, and distances.
* Prepare and maintain accurate survey notes, sketches, and reports.
* Interpret construction plans and specifications.
* Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and team members.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Manage and maintain surveying equipment.
* Perform quality control checks on survey data.
* Assist in quantity calculations.
Qualifications:
* Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Land Surveyor Certification preferred.
Experience:
* 4-5 years of experience as a Surveyor in civil construction.
* Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques.
* Proficiency with surveying equipment (total stations, levels, GPS, etc.).
* Familiarity with relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center).
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
* Excellent mathematical, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
