National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), India's largest depository, is poised to launch its highly anticipated ₹3,000 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) in March 2025.

This offering, exclusively an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 57.26 million equity shares, will see prominent shareholders such as IDBI Bank, National Stock Exchange (NSE), State Bank of India (SBI), HDFC Bank, and Union Bank of India divesting portions of their holdings.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) granted approval for this IPO on September 30, 2024, following the filing of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) in July 2023.
