Job Description:
• Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
• Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Following the progress of clients complaints solving with maintenance supervisors.
• Providing clients with service feedback, recommended solutions & commercial offers.
• Negotiating and achieving deadlines for the submission of quotations
• Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
• Monitoring the progress of jobs to make sure that costs are kept in line with forecasts
• Following the delivery of material based on quotations and client's Purchase Orders terms & Conditions.
• Submission of invoices & work completion certificates.
• Following payment collection & Clearance.
