As everybody will be thinking that Real estate Sector Will be Hit very adversely because of ongoing situation, but in my view, it will be affected only in those areas where the inventory is more, as compare to demand.Demand and supply always plays an important role in any Business.In areas/suburbs like Santacruz, Bandra, Khar, Juhu Scheme, Juhu, we will still see stable or flat prices which were ongoing since last 6 months and not that much fall across its areas as compare to suburbs like Kandivali, Borivali, Andheri, etc which are big in size and which has more than 10-15x inventory as compare to demand..The demand in Santacruz, khar, Juhu scheme is still increasing and supply is restricted or we can say comparatively less as compare to demand.Builders who have ready funds with them,[ Which is very rare in today's scenario] to complete the project from start to end with expecting not more than 25-40% sales till completion of construction of projects, can easily win or have bright chance to earn with good profit in market like this...
