This one's been a long time coming, and we finally have a gluten free bread that we're proud and happy with and are so thrilled to bring to you!

Although this isn't a sourdough fermented gluten-free loaf, it's amazing how closely it resembles our sourdough in presentability, crust and crumb (swipe to see the crumb!)

We've talked a lot about why sourdough is good for you, as a healthier alternative. But what excites us everyday to make this beautiful bread?

No two loaves are ever the same! Everyday is a learning curve and a challenge waiting to be overcome :)
There are innumerable parameters that affect the process and fermentation of this dough. We love to keep things interesting by experimenting with these every now then, all the while, delivering the best quality of sourdough that we have set our standards at.
