Require Chartered Accountants and semi qualified CA on contract for 6-8 months

Job Profile :
1. Supervise two or more staff persons and preparation of annual review.
2. Planning and executing monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules; provide monthly financial statements; administer the monthly closing process
3. Prepare Financial Statements (Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Account & Cash Flow Statements), of the Company on Quarterly/Annually basis
4. Conduct Internal/Statutory/Tax and other audits
5. Monitor Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c, Age-Wise Accounts Payables & Receivables Statements and Balance Sheets, Month & Year end close
6. Liaise with various Internal teams Finance/HR/Sales/Purchase, etc departments for smooth day-to-day operations of the Company
