1. 🥭Mangoes are fattening
As we all say anything in excess is bad, It is true for mangoes too. Mangoes contain high amount of fibre and induces feeling of satiety. It also packed with other essential nutrients & minerals just like any other fruits.

2. 🥭Diabetic patient can not eat Mangoes
Yes mangoes are high in sugar compare to other fruits but it is low in Glycaemic index so taking it in moderation and during the day time is advisable for diabetic patient.

3. 🥭Mangoes can trigger Acne & Pimples
How many times we have heard our mother saying that you should avoid having mangoes because it produce heat in the body. NO… Mangoes are high in fibre, Anti-Oxidants, Vitamin A, C & K. These vitamins and minerals are good for our skin to keep them healthy and nourished. Hence its all about practicing moderation.

So Welcome the summers and do not resist yourself from your favourite Mango which are full of goodness and loaded with essential nutrients your body needs.

TIP – YOU CAN SOAK MANGOES IN PLAIN WATER, COUPLE OF HOURS BEFORE YOU RELISH THEM

But as much as we enjoy rains [Specially in this Pandemic times where most of us are not suppose to step out of the house] this notorious season also brings along its share of health problems.

Taking care of our External Hygiene is a must in monsoon, It can be simple if takes right precautionary measures at right time.

The most common disease during monsoon are transmitted through- MOSQUITOS, WATER & AIR.

So most important thing is HOME CLEANING

🌈 Do not allow water to Stagnate or collect anywhere In & Around the house.

🌈 Due to humidity many Bacteria and virus thrives so always use disinfectant to mop your floor.

🌈 Always take Hot Shower and wash you hair if get wet in rain, It will regulates your body temperature and get rid of bacteria.

🌈 Wash your Fruits and Veggies thoroughly, They can carry more germs in monsoon.

🌈 To avoid mosquito bites you can use mosquito cream, coil or net etc.
