And the most basic and powerful way to connect with another person is to listen. So this month, we’re starting another initiative for our senior members - Listening Circle, a safe space to share your thoughts, feelings and emotions in a non-judgemental environment.
You can share a difficult or helpful experience or simply listen while others share.
