VCW turns 27 today!

23rd January 1999 to 23rd January 2026 —

A tiny sapling planted in 1999 has today grown into a mother willow in 2026, flourishing naturally with your support.
Our little students from the previous century are now parents, and their children, too, have become a part of the VCW family. What a beautiful child–parent bond we share today!

By consistently bagging international awards, our students have gone on to shape their careers globally in art and design. VCW has gracefully continued its rich tradition of teaching art the way it should be taught to young minds, making it undoubtedly one of the largest creative families in India.

If you feel proud to be a part of VCW, the feeling is truly mutual!

It was a memorable and emotional moment to see Vijoo’s portrait by B. N. Sadwelkar created in 1957.
at the Bhavani Museum in Aundh, Satara, during our faculty study tour.
The oil-on-canvas portrait felt truly special to witness in person.
It was an honour to stand beside the ‘V’ of VCW.”
