Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing and developing applications on cross-platform and hybrid frameworks. The Technology Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring code quality, managing stakeholders, and leading a vendor team to execute company products.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop cross-platform and hybrid applications, utilizing industry best practices and frameworks.
• Lead the development team in creating functional and technical specifications for application features.
• Review and enhance the Functional System Design (FSD) to ensure it meets project requirements and aligns with the overall architectural vision.
• Evaluate the effort estimate shared by the vendor.
• Monitor and assess code quality, performance, and vulnerability by conducting regular code reviews and collaborating with the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and technical teams, to gather requirements, understand project objectives, and ensure smooth communication throughout the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, both in written and oral communication, to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in cross-platform and hybrid application development.
• Evaluate and select appropriate APIs and third-party integrations to enhance application functionality and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication, adherence to timelines, and quality deliverables.

Designation: Navision Functional Consultant
Experience: 3+ years
Position Type: Permanent
Skill Sets: Navision Functional, Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading end-to-end implementation as they look to upgrade from Navision to Business Central.
• Enhancing functionality within the Dynamics Business Central ERP system.
• Support both internal and external processes.
• MS Navision Consultant to do requirement analysis, process mapping, implementation planning, application design and development, testing, training and client interfacing for projects
• Ability to analyze client business requirements and objectives
• Handle the responsibility of Customizations/Development and Administration work on Navision ERP projects
• Actively involved in the integration projects between Navision ERP and third party products/APIs
• Ability to perform customizations and development with the Navision Source code and also Migration of data from the legacy system into Navision using exchange schemes.
• Co-ordination in customization of existing reports and development of New Reports.

Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience working within a functional position.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Understanding of ERP Applications / Business Application
• Knowledge of C/AL Programming, MS SQL 2005/8.
