The platform will enable seamless process flow for all transactions and stakeholders. The company is planning a national footprint, with quick scaling up of the ecosystem.
OPERATIONS LEAD – USED COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
Mumbai
To lead ground operations and drive dealer performance, own ex*****on across relationships, documentation, and deal flow
Responsible for ensuring that every transaction—dealer to buyer—moves fast, transparently, and without friction; guide a team, build tight dealer networks, and ensure operational excellence at scale
Build and expand a high-quality dealer network across used commercial vehicles; maintain strong, long-term relationships with key dealers and drive their on-going engagement and performance
Lead a team of operations executives; train, guide, and motivate them to hit targets
Review daily performance metrics; implement corrective actions quickly; build standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain uniform ex*****on across the team
Map supply-demand gaps, pricing trends, and vehicle condition expectations; accurately profile buyers and match them with suitable inventory
Drive adoption of CRM, marketplace tools, and digital workflows within your team and dealer network
Share structured product feedback to improve dealer tools, listing flows, inspection modules, and documentation systems; work with product and business teams to tighten operational loops
G, 10-12 years’ experience, 30-40 years' of age.
• Experience in used commercial vehicles, used cars, logistics, auto-dealer networks, or vehicle operations
• Proven team leadership experience in a fast-moving operational environment
• High comfort with mobile apps, CRM tools, and digital processes
• Strong negotiation skills, relationship-building capability, and an on-ground problem-solving mind-set; you don’t wait for instruction; you take charge
• Can give ESOPs 6-12 months later

ORDER-TO-FULFILMENT PROGRAM COORDINATOR

To independently drive, manage, and govern the end-to-end Order-to-Fulfilment (O2F) process, ensuring timely ex*****on, cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, and adherence to defined timelines and delivery commitments.
End-to-End Process Ownership: Order receipt and validation; understand roles and responsibilities of involved stakeholders
Responsible for process flows, dependencies, and handoffs
Act as the Spoc across internal stakeholders, including Factory, Inside Sales, Purchase, Logistics, Accounts, and other functions.
Program & Timeline Management - Drive ex*****on of assigned activities by respective departments, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and delivery milestones.
Track progress, identify bottlenecks, follow up proactively to ensure closure of tasks.
Maintain structured trackers and status dashboards for effective monitoring and reporting.
Identify deviations, risks, or challenges early in the process and work with stakeholders to resolve them; timely communication across teams.
Escalation & Issue Management - Promptly escalate risks, delays, or process deviations in line with the defined escalation matrix.
Support Management and HODs with accurate information to enable timely decision-making.
Process Discipline & Governance
Ensure adherence to defined Order-to-Fulfillment processes and operating guidelines.
Highlight process gaps and improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and predictability.
Strong understanding of operations and order fulfilment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions; knowledge of SAP.

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
