When we started Trainsmart Academy 8 years ago, our very first batch had just ๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐๐ฌ.
No fancy setup. No big brand. Just one goal โ ๐ก๐๐ฅ๐ฉ ๐ฉ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ.
We made mistakes. We experimented. We learnt.
But one thing never changed:

As industry expectations evolved, so did our training.
When companies started expecting data skills โ ๐ฐ๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐, ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ ๐๐ & ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฎ.
When candidates told us ๐๐๐๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ง ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ฐ๐ฌ โ we built API training into our curriculum much earlier than most.
When Generative AI started changing workplaces โ we were the first BA training institutes ๐ญ๐จ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐จ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ก.
Over the years, many people observed our methods. Some even copied them.
I still remember discovering that a BA trainer had attended our free webinar under his wife's name to understand our approach. We still have all the chats โ but chose not to make it public. He offers exactly the same course and even copied our training rules.
Because our belief has always been simple:

Years ago, LinkedIn even created an ad campaign featuring our journey of helping ๐๐,๐๐๐+ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ข๐ซ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ.
