We have an urgent requirement of 50 ITI Candidates
Qualification: 2 Years ITI passed candidates (SCVT/NCVT) from recognized Technical Board
Trades- Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Wire-Man, Electronics & Motor Mechanic Vehicle, (COPA for Female Only).
Age: 18 to 25 Years
Shift Working : Yes
Stipend: Rs. 12507.00 + Rs.800 (Attendance Incentive)
Other Facilities & Benefits: -
1. Transport Facilities for Pickup & Drop for duty from Kapurthala City to Factory Location (Rs.275 Per Month).
2. Subsidized Food & Tea at canteen in side factory premises, during working shift.
3. 02 Uniform pair (Trouser and shirt), Hygiene Uniform and Safety Shoes (No charge to the trainee).
4. Casual and Medical Leaves and per the prevailing rules, over and above to the scheduled Weekly offs (52 Nos) and National & Festival Holidays (10 Nos).
5. Platform for Other reward and recognition under various Employee Engagement Initiatives as per Company Policy.
6. 15 Medical leaves and 12 Casual leaves in a year.
7. Pre-Employment and Periodic Health Check-up, as required.(no cost to the trainee)
