🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales through dealers, brokers & IRDA agents
• Onboard and manage channel partners across Goa
• Sell motor, health & non-motor insurance products
• Build strong partner relationships and achieve targets
• Conduct market mapping and support partner training
📋 Requirements:
• 1–5 yrs experience in general insurance sales
• Knowledge of motor, health & non-motor products
• Experience handling brokers/agents
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Goa market preferred
