🚨Mandi Police continues its sustained crackdown against narcotics and illegal cultivation under the ND&PS Act.

On 10.05.2026, a total of 4 cases under the ND&PS Act were registered in District Mandi.

🔹 Police Station Aut registered 2 cases of illegal cultivation at Village Dhaloot, where 3,220 and 2,751 o***m plants respectively were recovered and destroyed on the spot.

🔹 Police Station Sadar registered a case involving recovery of 265 grams of Charas.

🔹 Police Station Balh registered another case involving recovery of 264 grams of Charas.

➡️ In total, 5,971 o***m plants were destroyed and 529 grams of Charas recovered in these operations.

📌 Action on Illegal Cultivation of O***m Plants

Today, on 07.05.2026, 3,551 plants of o***m were found and destroyed in Village Dhar under the jurisdiction of PS Aut. Investigation is underway.

Mandi Police remains committed towards a drug-free society. Strict legal action shall continue against all persons involved in the illegal cultivation, possession and trafficking of narcotic substances.
