Dear Warriors of HPMRA,
Good Morning!
I take this opportunity on behalf of HPMRA State Centre to acknowledge and appreciate your unwavering resilience, admirable hard work and unrelenting dedication to driving the organisation forward, despite navigating challenging circumstances. The majority of Unit Leadership remains committed to propelling the organisation forward 24/7, undeterred by obstacles. I am pleased to share a Unit-wise summary of struggles and achievements:
Shimla: Your efforts to achieve 100 members are commendable and we anticipate further growth in the next two months.
Mandi: Congratulations on surpassing the 105-member benchmark. We are confident that you will continue to excel and strengthen HPMRA's presence in the next two months.
Dharamshala: Despite facing numerous hurdles, the Unit leadership is fighting to restore the organisation's glory. With the benefit of three senior Secretariat Members, we expect the unit to not only meet but exceed the objectives set in the SWC meeting on 2nd November 2025 within the next two months and strive to reach the 100-member benchmark in 2026.
Solan: The Unit Leadership of Solan has been instrumental in driving our activities and programs throughout the year. We anticipate that their collective efforts will enable the unit to achieve its 2025 objectives within the next two months and reach the 50-member milestone in 2026.
Una: Despite encountering numerous challenges, Una Unit's Leadership is working diligently to enhance the organisation's strength and functioning. We are optimistic that the new leadership will successfully cross the 50-member benchmark, restoring HPMRA's glory in Una by 2026.
Hamirpur: The new leadership has taken on the challenge to revitalize the unit, despite the indifferent attitude of some senior members. We are confident that the combination of experienced and new leadership will spearhead a historic comeback, enrolling over 50 members in 2026.
Bilaspur: As a new unit, Bilaspur's energetic leadership is poised to make a significant impact, aiming to enroll 60 members in 2026 and substantially contribute to HPMRA's growth.
We extend our best wishes to each of you for your personal and organisational endeavours. It is only through proactive efforts that we can achieve our objectives. Let us pledge to forge ahead with an unwavering commitment to ourselves and our organisation. Thank you and regards.

Go All Out to Fight Against Atrocities!

After series of agitational programs(Dharnas infront of State Labour Commissioner's Office at Shimla, Rallies and Memorandums) organised by HPMRA under the guidance of state CITU general secretary Com. Dr.Kashmir Singh Thakur since its affiliation with CITU in the year 2005 and back up documentations of "minimum wage" of other states provided by FMRAI,
It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that HPMRA have been fighting with the state government to create a "Schedule for SPE's" in Himachal Pradesh, After 10 years struggle of our members and CITU leaders, the HP govt.not only create a schedule for SPE's as "HIghly Skilled Workers" in the month of September,2015 but also published the notification of "Minimum Wage" in the month of November,2015 for SPE's of Himachal Pradesh along with other categories.We at HPMRA sincerely thank the state CITU leaders who have advocated our issue in the minimum wage board meetings and FMRAI leaders for their support and guidance.
HPMRA salutes the tireless efforts of Com. N. Kaushal FMRAI WC Member, our veteran leader Com. P.K.Sharma and all those warriors who worked hard despite many difficulties,challages and hurdles to keep the flag of HPMRA always high since its existence in the year,1986 and regularly educating our members about the importance of trade union movement and role of FMRAI for the cause of SPE's in India.
