Harbir Singh was born and brought up in the family of a farmer in a village named Nek, which is in Merrut, Uttar Pradesh in India. He achieved his Master’s degree in Statistics from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Merrut, and Uttar Pradesh in India. In 1985 he discovered second auxiliary circle which was published in a renowned magazine of UGC. In present time this auxiliary circle theorem has been included in syllabus for intermediate classes.
