🎓✨ Inspiring Futures Through Alumni Connections! ✨🎓

CMS Cambridge Gomti Nagar Extension hosted an enriching Alumni Connect Session for the students of Grade XI, featuring our distinguished alumnus Mr. Daksh Kumar Singh (Batch of 2022).

Currently a graduate in B.S. Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, Daksh is all set to begin his Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Automotive Engineering at the University of Michigan in August 2026.

Drawing from his own academic journey, Daksh shared invaluable insights on preparing for university applications, building a strong academic and extracurricular profile, securing internships, developing practical skills, and making the most of opportunities throughout university life. He also encouraged students to embrace independence, adapt confidently to new environments, remain resilient, and uphold their values while studying abroad.

The interactive Q&A session gave students the opportunity to seek guidance on higher education, campus life, internships, profile building, and international study experiences. Hearing directly from one of our accomplished alumni made the session both inspiring and impactful, empowering students to dream big and prepare with purpose.

At CMS Cambridge, we are committed to connecting our learners with real-world experiences and role models who inspire them to become confident, responsible, and future-ready global citizens.

Our young learners of Grades 1 and 2 marked World Population Day through an engaging Geography activity centred on the theme "Unity in Diversity."

The session began with an interactive discussion where students discovered fascinating facts about our world, including that Earth is home to over 8 billion people and that around four babies are born every second. They also explored the importance of respecting people from different cultures, languages, and backgrounds, nurturing empathy, inclusion, and global citizenship from an early age.

The learning continued with a vibrant World Population Day colouring activity, where students expressed their creativity while reinforcing the values they had learned. Their colourful creations came together on a collaborative class display, beautifully reflecting the spirit of unity, diversity, and care for our planet.

At CMS Cambridge, we believe in creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and responsible global citizenship.

Every journey leaves behind memories—but it shouldn't leave behind waste.

Demonstrating that meaningful change begins with individual action, Yuvraj Singh of Grade 11 took a personal initiative during his recent trip to Mussoorie to raise awareness about the growing problem of tourist littering. Through his thoughtful message and cleanup effort, he highlighted how plastic waste blocks natural water channels, breaks down into harmful microplastics, threatens local wildlife, and impacts the beauty and tourism of the region.

His initiative serves as a powerful reminder that protecting our environment is a shared responsibility. Every small action counts, and together, we can preserve the places we love for future generations.

Let's travel responsibly, dispose of waste thoughtfully, and remember—Earth is our home, and it's our duty to keep it clean. 🌿♻️
