Hi Every one I want to share my opinion of OLA Electric. It's a fraud company and cheating his customers. I booked OLA S1 X Plus at 17th December 2023 and delivery date was 12January 2024. I tried enough to get it.Local ola person not taking any responsibility and store manager is never answering phone and saying that nothing in my hand.I tried to communicate on mail , Help chat and customer care. Customer care is totally worst, mail and chat reply we are working hard.
At 19th February I got the mail and message congratulations Ola S1 X Plus successful delivered. Now I am trying to say on mail, chat help and twitter we didn't get any thing. Ola team replying congratulations for OLA Electric riding. We are working hard on it.Even no one is called us for it
So I am taking a legal action against OLA Electric.
Kindly tackcare of it if trying to buy Ola scooter.
