🌟 Event Recap 🌟

On the occasion of the International Day of Yoga, Lucknow Management Association, in collaboration with Sahaja Yoga Online , organized a special "Sahaja Yoga session" on June 21, 2024. The session was led by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi the esteemed Founder of Sahajayoga.

Sahajayoga is a practice that brings joy, health, and peace from within, fostering a deep sense of continuous connection between an individual's inner consciousness and the external world. The session was enlightening and provided a unique experience of inner tranquility and holistic well-being.

Ms. Renu Chaudhary, General Manager of LMA, along with many LMA members, were present at the session, making it a memorable and enriching event for all attendees.

We are grateful for the participation and look forward to organizing more such transformative sessions in the future.
