Kullu Science School Bashing is one of the leading educational institutions of the region, dedicated to providing holistic and future-oriented learning from Pre-Nursery to Class 12th.
We are pleased to inform that an Awareness Camp on Child Marriage under the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 was successfully conducted on 23rd December 2025 at 1:00 PM in our school premises.
This meaningful event was organised by the District Legal Services Authority, Kullu as part of the MWCD’s 100-Day “Bal Vivah Mukt Bharat” Campaign.
We were deeply honoured by the presence of our Chief Guest – Ms. Abha Chauhan, Secretary (Senior Civil Judge), District Legal Services Authority, Kullu.
Ms. Chauhan shared her valuable insights on the legal rights of children, the consequences of child marriage, and how students can raise awareness within society. She also encouraged students to become responsible citizens and support the mission of creating a child-marriage-free India.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the District Legal Services Authority, Kullu for selecting our campus to host this important awareness program and for enlightening our students.

The biology practical session helped students explore real-life scientific concepts through hands-on experiments. They carefully observed specimens, used laboratory tools, and recorded their findings with accuracy. During the activity, students learned the importance of teamwork, safety, and proper experimental procedure. The practical also improved their understanding of biological processes by seeing them happen in front of them. Overall, the session was engaging, informative, and boosted their scientific confidence.
