Figs are considered to be a superfood because of their nutritional benefits. So we started playing with figs to create another magic for our taste buds. Balanced with kashmiri saffron and handpicked figs, this one is a real treat. The sweetness in figs is all natural and our sandesh contains nothing artifical at all. We have intentionally kept the figs coursely grinded for the perfect crunch in every bite. We eliminate the extra moisture from our special chena mixture naturally. Weights are not used to spoil the natural structure of the mixture. This is a very time consuming process and because of this tedious process we get the perfect texture and bite.
