Responsibilities:
- Client meetings
- Site supervision
- Scheduling on a daily basis and give updates to the concerned head.
- Prepare and filing of project reports, MOM and all other documents.
- Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes.
- Answer queries and records the complaints of the clients.
- Coordinating with contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently
- Site measurements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management or other relevant industry field is preferred.
- Management skill and its practical applications in the workplace.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
- Resourceful, determined and willingness to learn
- Critical thinking, Time management, Problem solving
- Minimum work experience of 3 years
