Make some mast kurkur(tilori)with urad dal n white til, recipe _soak urad dal (200gram)with water whole night,then wash n make a smooth thick paste,mix salt as per taste, mix white til approx 5 tbsp.Take a piece of cotton cloth n put small amount of mixture just like shown in the picture n then put in bright sunlight whole day.Remove n fry...

Some tips with microwave..........1.Dry methi/ Pudina leaves:_100gms of leaves are microwaved at 100 % power for 1_ 2 minutes on the turn table . leave it for five mins. When cool, crush them .Store in air_ tight containers...........2.same for curry leaves...
3.Bread crumbs_1 cup of small bread ( 🍞) pieces spread on the turn table on the tissue paper. Microwave for 2_3mins at100% power. When cool it becomes crunchy and crispy.crush them and crumbs ready.....

4. Microwave butter in a deep microwave safe bowl for 7 _ 8 mins.at80% power (covered).Ghee will separate from the solid. When cool, strain it and store in bottles.
