Destiny Foundation was founded in 2007 by Smarita Sengupta and Becky Bavinger, two friends who shared a common goal of empowering disadvantaged women to become self-sufficient through gainful employment.Destiny creates safe, dignified and well-paid employment opportunities for women from shelter homes and brothels.
