Candidates with basic knowledge of GoAutoDial server are also welcomed.

About GOAUTODIAL: GO autodial is open source web based software or dial-er server on which automated call distribution system is made for outbound voice call process

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Uploading of leads in Dialer
• Maintaining and supporting call flow
• Extracting voice files from Dialer
• Helping in conduction of live call barging
• Minute configuration in dialer
• Troubleshoot software and hardware problems
• Resolving network issues, configuring operating systems
• Monitoring and maintaining an organization’s computer systems and networks
• Installing applications and computer peripherals.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge in Installing, configuring, troubleshooting of Go Auto Dial
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
• Ability to work well with people.
• Excellent organizational skills.
