Being a Sports Mind coach enables me to work with athletes/players to prepare them mentally for the rigors of training and competing through proven, specific & tangible strategies. In other words, a sports mind coach is a personal performance coach who trains the mind to help take the body where athletes want it to go and accomplish all one can within his/her sport.
